Adding videos to your guidebook is a great way to explain tasks & procedures. The first step to add video is to upload the video(s) to YouTube, Vimeo, or a video hosting service of your choice. Once the video is uploaded, that video service will provide you with a link to the video. A YouTube video for example will have a URL such as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=01YPEshVfow
All you need to do is paste that URL into the editor of the GoGuidebook topic where you want it to appear. Once pasted, our system will automatically convert it into a video embed and you’ll see it outputted in the editor. See below for a interactive explanation of the above.
